1. The promoter of this giveaway is Ali Taylor Golf.
2. The giveaway is open to anyone worldwide.
3. To enter the Instagram giveaway, participants must follow Ali Taylor on Instagram (@therealalitaylorgolf), tag two friends on the giveaway post, and comment on the post which driver they would like to win from the available options.
4. To enter the YouTube giveaway, participants must be a subscriber of Ali Taylor Golf, like the giveaway video, and comment which driver they would like to win.
5. The drivers available on BOTH giveaways: TaylorMade Stealth, Titleist TSR, Callaway Paradym, PING G430.
6. The winner can choose the loft they would like and whether they want a left or right-handed driver. The driver shaft will be stock and cannot be altered or changed.
7. There are two giveaways, one on Instagram and one on YouTube, and each giveaway will award one driver to the respective winner.
8. The giveaway period will start on 25/03/2023 and end on 07/04/2023. Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.
9. The winner will be selected randomly from all valid entries received, and will be announced on the respective platforms (Instagram and YouTube) on 08/04/2023.
10. The winner will be contacted via direct message on the platform they entered from (Instagram or YouTube), and must respond within 7 days of being contacted. Failure to respond within this time frame will result in forfeiture of the prize, and another winner will be selected.
11. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
12. Ali Taylor Golf will cover the cost of shipping the driver to the winner, but the winner is responsible for any additional customs fees, taxes or duties.
13. Ali Taylor Golf reserves the right to amend or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice, and for any reason.
14. By entering the giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, as well as any other rules, guidelines or regulations that Ali Taylor Golf may impose.
15. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or YouTube. Participants release Instagram and YouTube from any liability in relation to this giveaway.
16. Any personal data collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway, and will not be shared with any third parties without prior consent.
